Group Playshops:
Our group playshops are designed to be
experiential, fun and promote whole body learning. Participants have
told us that they loved our willingness to put ourselves out and speak
from the heart, that they like our playful approach, the munor and
laughing, our enthusiasm, and our very lively, engaging energy.
Playshop topics include:
- The Couples
Course: A 10 week course for couples who would like to explore
real issues in a playful, body-centered way.
- Relationship
Skills: A 4 week course for individuals and couples who would
like to explore replacing blame, criticism and placation with
appreciation, ease, creativity and fun.
- Opening
to Love - Getting Undefended (for couples): A 6 week course
for couples who would like to identify inaccurate beliefs about
themselves that keep them defended against love and intimacy, to
make friends with survival strategies they use to compensate for
those inaccurate beliefs and to drop conditioned defensive responses
and experience essence. Participants will learn to replace blame,
criticism or placation with appreciation, creativity and fun.
- Helping Children
Make Friends with their Feelings: An experientialplayshop for
parents or educators to help children experience and express their
feelings with hurting others, themselves or the things they love.
- Reparenting
Yourself A gentle playshop designed to clear up anything from
conception, prental, birth or bonding periods which may be holding
back your full happiness, creative expession and experience of
healthy relationships.
- Conscious Communication: A playshop
designed to assist you to learn how to listen generously and to
communicate in a way that does not promote argument.
- Unleashing Your Genius: A playshop to
help you uncover your unique abilities, celebrate your purpose and
expand into your full potential
